Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don't violate our copyright. Lawsuits are nasty and we don't really want to get in one, but protecting are intellectual property is important..

3. No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in classified ad forums when and if we provide one on this site. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums.

We do not try to edit or to monitor messages posted on this site's forums, but AmazingPublicSpeaking.com and Tom Antion have the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not Tom Antion or AmazingPublicSpeaking.com. Violators may be permanently banned from using the forums, or, in severe cases, at our sole discretion, have their membership terminated.

9. For users of our digital shopping area, as you are probably aware there would be a great risk to us in offering refunds on digital products that can be easily distributed illegally. We follow the same policy as industry leader Amazon.com in that we will do everything in our power to help you download your file(s) from our digital shopping area, but we cannot offer refunds for any digital product or access to this site. Also, it is your responsibility to use our automated cancellation system prior to your next payment due date. At these extremely cheap rates for professional training we cannot use staff time to alert you when your due date is coming up or issue refunds if you miss your date and are charged. We will, however, handle your cancellation if, in the rare instance, our automated system is not working and you report it to us before your due date.
